All necessary permissions and developments will be completed by the end of scheme period.

• Full payment to be paid on or before 30days from the date of plot/site booking.
• If a member discontinues payment for 3 consecutive months, his/her account will be frozen and plot/site allotment stands cancelled automatically.
• Revival of account for re-allotment of the plot/site will only be done subject to plot/site availability & on payment of all the arrears with an interest at 24% P.A
• Transfer policy: plot/site can only be transferred by paying a fee of Rs.10, 000 for 2 Decimal.
• Refund policy: No refund will be provided for part-sale consideration of Rs.10, 000 or below.?*Cancellation charges at 20% on payments above Rs.100,000 will be deducted towards development charges (land, marketing & administration).
• The company reserves the right to increase the price of the plot/site in the above scheme before the enrolment of member. The company also reserves the right to charge a minimum of 24% interest PA for late/delayed payments.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to re-allot the plot/site with the same specification in another place, incase for any reason layout plan is to be altered.
• The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application & cancel the membership and plot. /site allotment without assigning any reasons or prior notice. The company also reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as and when required.
• The company will not be responsible / liable for any loss or delay caused by the act of nature, government's legislations or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company on the project.
